At NICE & BELLA, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original jewelry cards and protective pouches are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
